纪录片表达的观点好像有点绝对，也有点偏激，看完之后感觉啥啥不能吃，公认的营养食物肉蛋奶居然是致癌物，都不能吃，只能吃素，感觉有点绝对了…
前半截恐吓你不要吃肉奶制品甚至鸡蛋，后半截怂恿你皈依vegan教。揭露资本垄断倒是还好。
有一定参考价值 对propaganda保持警惕
看了一半，实在看不下去了，导演一点科学素养都没有，顶着“纪录片”的名头做纯素食宣传，令人厌恶。
看完好想吃鱼和炸鸡还有鸡蛋啊
吓得我去杨国福点了培根和肉丸，晚上喝了瓶牛奶。
看到好几个因为纯素食饮食让身体变好的案例，一瞬间有些心动了。传统的喝牛奶可以长高观点，在这里面被科普不但对于青少年没有好处，中老年还会有坏处…但是我认为部分观点还是有点偏激，随便吧，肉肉那么好吃怎么能放弃肉肉
